"Terrylynn - I want to thank you so very much for all your help. You were wonderful. We could not have done it without you! I have already recommended you to several people and will continue to do so."
- Kelly & Spencer

"My experiences with Terrylynn Fisher have been wonderful. As stressful as purchasing a home, preparing a home for purchase, and all the other questions that come into play for other investment opportunities, Terrylynn has been such a wealth of information and support. When I have a question, I immediately only have her come to mind. She always gives honest, ethical advice even if there is no commission involved. I also love her calmness and overall energy."

Making Your Move

Moving is a confusing process, but if you make a list of all the things to be done long before the actual moving day, you’ll find your move less worrisome. So that you don’t leave anything out, here’s a list of things you should do that will make you more comfortable in your new location.

  • Arrange for the utilities (gas, electric, water, garbage and others) to be turned on in the new house a few days before you move in
  • Order phone service before you arrive or as early as feasible
  • Obtain your children’s school records from their present schools and deliver them to the new ones
  • Get a change of address kit from your post office and notify all companies you deal with by mail (insurance, credit cards, magazines, etc.) of your address change
  • If you’re moving to a new state, make sure your auto insurance coverage is applicable
  • Notify the IRS of your new address at the time of your move and again when you file your tax return
  • Have medical records forwarded and be sure to have a supply of current prescriptions to last until you are settled
  • Ask previous resident for a list of reliable local service people (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.) who are familiar with the property and where convenient shopping centers are located
